Our workshops use improv games, comedy, music, and the power of Yes!/And… to forge interpersonal connections, demystify the creative process, and empower people to bring their whole, authentic selves into the workplace and the wider world.

We are a team of experienced improvisers, educators, and gamers, based in Denver, Colorado and led by Nick Trotter. We teach and work all over the Rocky Mountain Region. We’ve worked with app development teams, heavy equipment operators, C-suite executives, and everyone in between.
