We acknowledge that we play on the unceded land of many indigenous peoples. Our home base is on traditional, ancestral and contemporary lands of the hinono’eino’ biito’owu’ (Arapaho), Tséstho’e (Cheyenne), Núu-agha-tʉvʉ-pʉ̱ (Ute), Ndé Kónitsąąíí Gokíyaa (Lipan Apache), and Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux) peoples. With this land acknowledgment, we affirm Indigenous history, and experiences. We thank them; we play here in hopes of reconciliation and peace, and we invite dialogue and collaboration to restore trust and peace. A land acknowledgment is just a start. We know that we have a lot of work to do.
